    COMPANY HISTORY
    David Rose has offered Professional Civil & Structural Engineering services since 1987.[vc_empty_space height=”20px”]From 1987 until June 2007 David offered services under the Partnership of McCartney Rose, whilst from July 2007 he has practiced as David Rose Associates and following a relocation to Hertford in December 2014 as Rose & Associates Ltd – continuing to offer traditional civil and structural engineering consultancy together with Party wall services to a number of longstanding and new clients.[vc_empty_space height=”20px”]

    Rose & Associates was founded to provide clients with imaginative, cost effective and often pragmatic solutions to a variety of engineering problems.
