PROJECT DESCRIPTION

In March 2014 we were commissioned to provide traditional Civil and Structural Engineering services for this bespoke private house. The main house sits over a full basement with a swimming pool and other facilities giving access to a sunken garden. The basement is based on a reinforced concrete structure.

The superstructure has been designed using load bearing masonry. The attached single storey garage complex and stores are based on oak frames clad in a traditional manner.
